Ordering and Shipping information

The prices quoted on our professional website are standard retail prices. For UK based customers ordering in outers of 5 packs, trade discount prices are available. Please complete our registration and the trade discount prices will be applied to your on-line account once you receive our confirmation and then login. If you wish to apply for a credit account (subject to status and minimum order levels), please contact our sales team. Some of our products are available for international sale, and distributor enquiries are welcome. Please send an email to our Customer Services team for further details. We aim to despatch orders received before 2.30pm Monday to Friday the same day. All orders for the UK are sent by Royal Mail or by DHL Courier, and you will have the option to choose when you place your order. If you require a guaranteed next day delivery we recommend delivery by courier. Our charges are calculated from the weight of the goods and are advised at checkout.

An email notification will be sent once your order has been despatched by courier. This will include instructions on tracking your order via their website. Our couriers require a signature to confirm delivery.

Information on delivery times

We offer our clients an option of post delivery with different Royal Mail Services to choose from.

Royal Mail 24 and Royal Mail 24 Tracked are First Class services and Royal Mail aims to deliver those postings the next working day.

Royal Mail 48 and Royal Mail 48 Tracked are Second Class services which Royal mail aims to deliver within two to three working days.

Overseas customers will have options for shipment by international recorded airmail or by courier depending on the shipping destination. In both cases a signature for receipt will be required so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your goods. The shipping costs are calculated from the weight of the goods and your location for both airmail and courier. PLEASE NOTE! At present, all overseas deliveries are suspended. We will resume sales and dispatching to our international clients at a later date.
